These terms apply to this website (edowado.dev) and to ads-automation, a Google Ads management tool, both operated by Edward Hu ("I", "me"). By using either, you agree to these terms.

1. This website

This site is a personal portfolio. You may browse and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless stated otherwise, the content, design and images are mine, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

2. ads-automation

ads-automation is an internal tool I use to deliver Google Ads management and reporting services. It is only used on Google Ads accounts I operate or that their owners have explicitly authorized me to manage, and its use is part of a separate agreement with each client. Authorizing access means you allow me to view and change the authorized accounts for the work we agreed on. You can revoke access at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for your Google Ads accounts, including budgets, billing and compliance with Google's advertising policies.

3. Third-party services

This site and ads-automation rely on third-party services such as Google, YouTube and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

4. No warranty

This website and ads-automation are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee specific advertising results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or ads-automation. Liability for services delivered to a client is governed by the agreement with that client.

6. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
